Job Description

  • Analyze and summarize MPP and Personnel Request related to recruitment needs (identify the job requirements, gathering requirements from users)
  • Create recruitment plan (distributing tasks to TA team, job posting strategy, reporting)
  • Create the job posting through job portals, or headhunter for specific levels and position
  • Sourcing talent candidates based on curriculum vitae and predetermined job requirements
  • Conduct interviews with talents who have been selected and have the potential to meet job requirements
  • Conduct, facilitate and interpret candidate's psychological assessment test
  • Send the results of the interview by HR to the User and explain the strength and weakness point of the talent that will be interviewed by the user in the next
  • Facilitate interviews between users and previously selected talents
  • Make offers to selected talents in accordance with the compensation and benefits packages approved by management
  • Collect complete documents regarding the identity of selected talents
  • Create, prepare, conduct and facilitate on boarding program for the new employees
  • Monitoring and interviewing employee that has been recruited after three months of work
  • Create training plan, conduct the training program (internal training, external training, online training) and makesure the training program are running well based on timeline
  • Conduct the post tracking training to makesure all of the trainee are implement the training materials
  • Create budget for recruitment and training expense
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly report of recruitment and training & organizational development projects
  • Carrying out support for administration in the Talent Acquisition section
  • Prepare and plan for employer branding content in LinkedIn
  • Create, plan and conduct talent & organization development program (management trainee, talent review, HOD performance dialogue)

Competencies Required

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and Inter-personal Skills
  • Excellent interviewing skill and negotiation skill
  • Able to use psychological test
  • Flexible and open to changes, multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Good analytical thinking and curiously minded
  • Computer literature: Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point), System Database
