Warehouse Operation Associate

Job Descriptions :

• To ensure all tasks will prioritize for Sales target achievement and Logistics Cost hit rate
• Supervisory logistic activities both administration and warehouse motivate subordinates to work hard and develop their performance and work by team and harmoniously
• Planning for all logistic operational process
• Responsible to control inbound activity
• Responsible to control outbound activity
• Responsible to manage stock accuracy
• Responsible to manage operation cost delivery based on budget

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in related related
• Have minimum 5 years experience in related field
• Excellent skill in Microsoft, SAP and WMS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal skills, attitude, work ethic
• Excellent decision making, conflict & time management
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
• Have strong leadership skill & teamwork
• Fluency in English will be an advantage
• Logically and analytically minded
